Overview

About high dusting

Routine cleaning covers what you can see and touch. Above that, dust settles on light fixtures, ductwork, exposed beams, the tops of cabinets, and high ledges — and eventually drifts back down onto desks, stock, and equipment.

High dusting is a periodic deep clean of those elevated surfaces. We confirm the heights and the access available, then agree which surfaces to include so the work is done safely and within a clear scope.

Scope

Typical tasks

Included within an agreed scope. Your written quote lists exactly what is covered.
  • Dusting of light fixtures, pendant lamps, and fittings
  • Vents, grilles, and reachable ductwork exteriors
  • Tops of cabinets, shelving, partitions, and door frames
  • Exposed beams, pipes, and structural ledges within agreed access limits
  • Cobweb removal from corners and ceilings
  • Wipe-down of high wall areas and signage

Fit

Suitable properties

  • Warehouses and workshops with exposed ceilings
  • Retail spaces with high shelving and fixtures
  • Offices with open ceilings and ductwork

Process

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us about your property.

Use the quote form, call, or email with the basics: property type, location, size, and what you need.

  2. 02

Discuss the scope and any site visit needed.

We go through the details with you and arrange a site visit if the job calls for one.

  3. 03

Review the quote and agree on timing.

You receive a written quote with the scope spelled out, and we agree dates and access.

  4. 04

Complete the cleaning and review the agreed work.

The work is carried out to the agreed scope, and you check it against what was promised.
